This blog is not intended so much to be read and learned from, but it is mainly something I want to put out there and hold myself accountable for weight loss and being a more practising Hare Krishna.
My main goal is to lose 1kg a week and to be 84kg by the end of the year.
- Everyday I plan on:
- weighing myself
- doing 200 minutes of walking on treadmill (apart from sunday)
- practise the 4 regulations of the Hare Krishna
- track calories, and only eat 1800 calories a day
- Also on specific days of the week I will do the following:
- On weekdays I will do a 10 minute warmup row
- Mondays I will do 3 sets to failure of Bench Press
- Tuesdays I will do 4 sets of 500m row at a split of 1:55
- Wednesdays I will do 3 sets to failure of Barbell Rows
- Thursday I will do another 10 minute row at a pace of 2:06
- Friday I will do 3 sets of failure of Squats
- On weekends, on Saturday I will do a 5k run
- On Sunday I will mostly rest, so no treadmill walks but I still do the 4 regulations and chant 16 round, and some yoga or stretches
To be obvious about what I have to do each day, I will repeat the above but organised per day.
